Crossing my fingers this is my next adventure!!!
This is a beach in Crete, Greese. My Yiayia is from here. I don’t know much about my Greek culture because the greek side of my family has all passed. So, I hoping to go this summer with my girls and be able to visit where the other half of my family came from!

Some times I feel like I am always running against time. It feels like time always catches up with me. However, I can’t totally deny timing’s helpfulness in certain situations that have occurred in my life. But, lately I feel like timing is purposefully slapping me in the face. I don’t believe in fate just time. Anything major that has occurred in my life whether it is good or bad I owe it to time. The statement “things happen for a reason” is just a saying for people to feel better about themselves. I don’t mean to sound bitter but I think it is important to be true with yourself and what is really going on in your own life. Time allows you to recognize what is working and what isn’t working in your life. Time allows you to succeed at times when you need it the most and fall when you can’t think you can hit the bottom any harder. Time allows you to fall in love when you least expect it and out of love when you need it the most. So, here is a toast to time. Even though you have been extremely shitty to me ending 2010 year I hope you work better for me in 2011. I look forward to seeing what you have in store for me.
